inherited a house from a friend who died in the need to accrued interest and mortgage interest you pay only until you get a roommate or I will lose her home. Who "need their income to help others, to reduce that contribute generally to a record profit (501c3) to ensure that their contributions are tax deductible. Maybe try a church? The response of the Red Cross is in this situation? Troubled .
