Should I try for Rutgers Biz School? Or just switch from marketing to econ? - rutgers econ

I entered the school of arts and sciences, but do not meet minimum GPA requirements and have all PreReqs. I am a transfer from a community college, I have my AA in humanities, economics, want to specialize in the areas of marketing. (Bath GPA (2.85), but has continued to increase (3.6 last semester).

If the SAS and I have all my pre reqs out of the way, the GPA-up
1) Is there a certain number of credits that must be taken in Biz school? Since I am only 1 year in the MIC of the school?

2) Should I maybe just my big change on the economy, or what? Perhaps the communication? These are the kinds of classes for each very different?
