I have a viral bronchitis and have had it for 3 weeks. My father told me to me some Nyquil and wrapped in blankets and take a sweat. I do not like it, I said to the gym and sweating, the sauna. I like the idea better. My question is whether it is healthy to do that? Is this a good idea in a sauna with viral bronchitis? You do not want to go there. Help!
