Tips at VERY fancy restaurant (aka no excuse for not tipping)? - community services templates
While at work tonight, I had to collect the data on the filing and will continue for another week. Some customers have been comped for your next visit when answering a few simple questions.
Our community is diverse and realtively only the rich can afford to eat at the restaurant where I work. It really is not a luxury or a Red Lobster restaurant chain, Olive Garden garbage (I prefer the bread sticks though!)
Occasionally we have customers who can not recognize that this is so elegant, and very little or no counseling (the owner of a service of the Nazis! I do not know. Statistically, blacks in America are as rich as the whites. Therefore, the deposit will be generous so frequently in the black community. I am a poor white, and I hate tipping. Fancy restaurant or not, I am not the 20% deposit. Out of curiosity, look at the habits of submission of the Jews, Hispanics or other ethnic groups?
I am not able to explain. Maybe it's different for me because I am in the service sector. But before I did, I knew and know my parents and friends, which has progressed at a flat rate and has a tip for the service unless it is ridiculously bad - then call the manager and explain why you give a tip, not just leave. (My grandmother also you a tip if the service was so bad - I leave a tip for a full-time server who took our order, sat down and ate his meal before in our order, so we had to wait until We finished their meals before us. I use the method Seinfeld. Tip top 20% at the beginning of the meal. If you want to retain 20%, then they must give me good service. Bad service = less advanced.

I know that most people work hard in this industry, and take shit from customers, so try to be considered. But after reading your case study, I assume that if the service is bad because the staff is too busy with the discharge of fat.
